Description
Ginkgo biloba extract is well studied in terms of brain function and cognition. It contains flavonoids and other plant constituents which have many beneficial effects in the brain including decreasing inflammation, increasing cerebral blood flow, scavenging free radicals and increasing the activity of various neurotransmitters including 5-HTP, dopamine, and noradrenaline. Together, these various effects in the brain are thought to enhance cognitive function in older adults.
GPC Choline is used to form phosphatidylcholine, the most abundant phospholipid found in the body. In the brain, this is especially important as phosphatidylcholine plays a critical role in cellular signaling and the synthesis of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. Acetylcholine acts in the central nervous system to enhance the activity of neurons. Additionally, an extract of the Chinese club moss, Huperzia serrata, Huperzine A has been used in Chinese medicine for centuries. It is an effective inhibitor of acetylcholinesterase, the enzyme that degrades acetylcholine.

Suggested Usage: Adults: Take 2 capsules 3 times daily with meals or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Consult your healthcare practitioner for use beyond 6 weeks.
