Directions

Suggested Use: Adults take 2 caps daily at bedtime or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products. Take 2-3 times per week. Allow at least 6 to 12 hours for laxative effect to occur. If results are not observed, frequency may be increased to daily use. If seal around cap is broken or missing, do not use.

Discontinue use or reduce dosage in the event of diarrhea or watery stool. Do not exceed recommended amount.
