Return Policy
You may request a return if products are wrong or are in defective, we can arrange a return for your order. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns with a order value of more than $300 are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This amount is subtracted from the refund total.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping cost applied for a returned parcel.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@wellvishealth.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We'll evaluate if your order qualify for a full refund to your payment account or store credits. To initiate a return, please reach out to us first to receive authorization.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customer may send us an email of the mistake along with photos of the wrong/damaged item(s) within (3) days from delivery dat. Once we have evaluated the issue, we will work to make it right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders (including professional brands products) or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Charge for transaction fee
Transaction fee is charged by the credit card / PayPal company for payment processing. Transaction fee may be applied upon the total refund value.

Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your new purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchased price excluding shipping costs if any, by mail. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
*Note, we are not able to refund the discount after the order is completed / fulfilled. All the discount / dollars off must be applied before check-out.
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment and the same credit or debit card as the original purchase. Shipping charges and the sales tax on shipping are non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
