Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping & discounts costs

Free shipping applies to minimum orders of $59.99 or more before tax within Canada (ON, Quebec, BC, PEI, Nova, Alberta), see more details in the following table for processing time and costs.

Free shipping is automatically calculated during checkout. Please choose the right option for shipping while checking out.

For any order(s) below the subtotal of $ 59.99 (before tax), there is a shipping fee of $8 for each parcel (some exceptions apply).

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed either on the same day or before 5 pm the next day.  Or a maximum within 3-5 business days.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

All orders should arrive within 1-15* business days anywhere in Canada after processing is done.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (like Sale days or holiday seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If you don't receive your order(s) more than 15 days, please contact the store for follow-up. 

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available for addresses within a 3 km radius of the store location (Unit 127 -3700 Midland Ave, Toronto, ON).

The option to select local delivery will be available at the checkout if your input address is within 3 km of the store. A flat fee of $2.99 is charged for local delivery.


Low-Stock or Backordered

We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain an inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this case, we will attempt to mark the product "out of stock" on our website.

If a product that you ordered is low in stock or on backorder, you may choose the following options:

  1. Hold your order and ship once the missing product(s) arrive back in stock.
  2. Receive a refund or credit for the missing product(s).

If you make a mistake while inputting your shipping address and the parcel returns to us, we may charge you the return shipping cost of $10 and the cost to ship it back to you.


    Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated in real-time and displayed at checkout via Canada Post/or any 3rd party delivery agents directly at discounted prices for our customers.

    In case you make a mistake while inputting your shipping address (and/or other info) and the parcel returns to us, we may charge you the return shipping cost (an additional $10.00 CDN fee for shipments) and the initial cost of your purchase to ship back to you.

    Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have input. If you provide us with an incorrect postal code or other addressing error, e.g. Incorrect or missing apartment number, you will be charged the additional $10.00 CDN fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction only if the package is in transit and you have informed us for the change of address.

    We cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed once the order is shipped, but we will make an effort to do so if notified in a timely manner.

    Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


    Damages claim

    Wellvise Health Nutrition is not responsible for any damages or losses that occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim.

    Disclaimer: Please be advised that all liquids in glass containers delivered through Canada Post are not insured and are sent at the risk of the recipient.

    Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

    *Delivery companies and retailers do not take responsibility for stolen packages after successful delivery.

    Special orders delivery

    We provide the option of special orders for our customers who wish to purchase products that are currently out of stock. Our typical delivery time frame is 8-15 business days, however, delivery time may be longer in certain circumstances such as during busy holiday seasons or due to unforeseen events like extreme weather conditions, forest fires or natural disasters.

    International Shipping Policy

    Wellvise Health Inc. does not currently offer international shipping, but we have partnered with a courier agency to facilitate overseas delivery for our customers.Please contact for details.
