Hemovita™ utilizes the patented Iron, “Ferrochel” Iron Bisglycinate chelate from Albion. Research has shown this form of Iron can pass easily through the intestinal wall for uptake; is non-constipating; well-tolerated in the stomach; and, highly absorbable at the recommended dosage of one capsule daily. Additionally, the neutral charge of Iron Bisglycinate will not affect the uptake of other minerals, which is a common side effect of certain iron intakes.
