Description
Silicon works to enhance the re-mineralization of the bone tissue, helping to ensure calcium and other minerals are deposited onto the bone. Bone tissue is composed of silica which gives it the strength required for every day functions. Silicon or silica promotes firmness and strength in the tissues. It is part of the arteries, tendons, skin, connective tissue and eyes, however, silica levels have been discovered to decrease with age.
Good food sources of silica include whole grain bread and pasta, brown rice, barley, flax seeds, oat and wheat bran cereals, bananas, cucumbers, avocados, mangos, green beans, spinach, onions, and even beer.

NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS: Purified water, Citric acid, Potassium sorbate, Benzoic acid (buffered), Stevia, Peppermint flavour.
RECOMMENDED DOSE FOR ADULTS: Adults: Take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) once per day. Can be mixed with juice or water. Shake vigorously before using.
