NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENT: [Hypromellose (vegetarian capsule shell)].
RECOMMENDED DOSE:
Capsules: Adults: Take 1-2 capsules, two to three times per day with food. Avoid
taking at bedtime.
DURATION OF USE: Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.
