Fennel essential oil is best recognized for its distinct licorice aroma and taste. It can be added to water as a satisfying alternative to sweets. Fennel oil also promotes metabolic, digestive, and circulatory functions when ingested.
Uses
- Add a drop of Fennel essential oil to water or tea when fighting a sweet tooth.
- Add one to two drops of Fennel oil in a veggie capsule to promote healthy digestion.*
Directions for Use
Aromatic Use: Place three to four drops of Fennel essential oil in the diffuser of your choice.
Internal Use: Dilute one drop of Fennel oil in four fluid ounces of liquid.
Topical Use: Apply one to two drops of Fennel essential oil to the desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
