SUGGESTED USE

Adults: to prepare a cup of tea, infuse 1 teabag in 150-250 mL of boiling water. Allow the herbs to steep for at least 10 minutes. Drink 2 cups of tea daily, a few hours before or after any medications or natural health product. Do not take with highly acidic foods or medications which may acidify urine.
