Non-medicinal ingredients:
Cherry juice from concentrate, apple juice from concentrate, beetroot juice from concentrate, water, extract from rosehip peels (Rosa canina), chamomile flowers (Matricaria chamomilla L.), balm leaves (Melissa officinalis L.); fructose, natural fl avours, guar gum, locust bean gum. Contains no colours or gelatin.
Recommended daily dose: Note: 10 ml of Iron Vital F = 10 mg of iron.
- Adults: Take 10 - 35 ml, once daily.*
- 9 - 13 years old: Take 10 ml, once daily.*
- 14 - 18 years old: Take 10 - 30 ml, once daily.*
Take with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Additional dosage information: 10 ml = 2 teaspoons. Or as directed by a health care practitioner. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
