Additionally, prescription drugs, such as statins, can lower COQ10 levels, but supplementation with PQ10, which is absorbed 2.5-4.25 times more efficiently than standard coQ10, can help increase them.

Each non-GMO vegetable capsule contains :
Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone-10) (bacterial fermentation)	100 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, pea protein and microcrystalline cellulose in a capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

Contains no

Gluten, soy, wheat, corn, eggs, dairy, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.

Directions for use

Adults: Take 1 capsule two to three times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
