Extracts from the leaves of the Ginkgo biloba tree contain 24% flavonoid glycosides and 6% terpene lactones. It has 16 phytochemicals, amino acids, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc and vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B5 and C. It is licensed in Germany and is used in the care for cerebral dysfunction with symptoms such as difficulties with memory, dizziness and ringing in the ears. It has been used for problems such as poor circulation, and the extracts of this herb have been shown to increase blood flow to the brain.

North American Ginseng root has been used to relieve nervous dyspepsia, maintain a healthy immune system, and promote healthy glucose levels. It has adaptogenic effects which help the body fight fatigue and stress.
