Maplelife Leg Relief is an excellent product for reducing lower leg edema associated with mild-to-moderate chronic venous insufficiency. It contains vitis vinifera var. tinctoria, which is also known as the red vine. Red vine is a traditional herbal medicinal product which is used to relieve symptoms of discomfort and heaviness of legs related to minor venous circulatory disturbances. The main active substances present in the red vine are quercetin and quercetrin, both of which are flavonoids - very strong antioxidants. A study showed that a daily dosage of up to 720mg red vine leaf extract is safe and effective in the treatment of mild CVI.
It is recommended to take the product for a minimum of 3 weeks to see beneficial effects.
