Omega Alpha Reishi Mushroom Extract（250ml）

Ingredients per 1 teaspoon (5 ml):
Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi, Fruiting body) .....1000 mg

Additional Ingredients: Purified water, Citric acid, Potassium sorbate.

Suggested serving: Adults: Take 1 teaspoon (5 mL), three times per day. May be taken with or without food. For palatability, the required dosage may be taken with a small quantity of honey. Can be mixed with juice or water. Shake well before use. Shake well before use.

Storage: Refrigerate after opening. Store away from children. Consume within three (3) months after opening.
